Pantry Rules for Disease Clients

  1. Pantry hours are 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
     
  2. You can pick up a pantry basket (2-times) twice a month within a (2) two week span, any day of the work week.
    If you need an extra basket or need a basket before the allotted time, you need to speak with a Counselor for a referral.
     
  3. You have the option to pick up your Gatorade supply weekly or monthly. Which ever choice you decide will require a signature.
     
    Weekly Pick-up: You can pick up Gatorade every (7) days and if the day changes after the (7th) day, you must pick up on new day. (Example: If your day to pickup Gatorade is on Tuesday, and you pick up your Gatorade on Wednesday, Wednesday becomes your new day to pick up.)

    Monthly Pick-up: You can pick up Gatorade every (30) days and if the day changes after the (30th) day, you must pick up on new day. (Example: If your monthly pick up date is on August 2, 2004, and you’re not able to pick up until August 3, 2004, then September 3, 2004 would be your new monthly pick up date for the following month). 
     
  4. If you miss a month of picking up Gatorade, you cannot receive a double amount on the following month. 
     
  5. If you are not able to make the scheduled hours pick up, please call a Counselor and arrange a time to pick up your basket.
     
  6. You must show proof and/or be in our database to be considered a client of Martin Center.

Pantry Rules for Trait Clients

  1. Pantry hours are 9:00 a.m. till 12:00 noon and from 1:00 p.m. till 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
     
  2. You can pick up a basket every (30) thirty days any day of the work week.
     
  3. Trait clients can not receive Gatorade.
     
  4. If you need an extra basket or need a basket before the allotted time, you need to speak with a Counselor for a referral.
     
  5. If you are not able to come the scheduled hours to pick up, please call a counselor and arrange a time to pick up your basket.
     
  6. You must show proof and/or be in our database to be considered a client of Martin Center.
