Hear from internationally recognized keynote speaker Dr. Lewis Thomas.  Dr Lewis Thomas is a UK-trained family physician, sickle cell educator, and founder of the Sickleverse.  Living with sickle cell disease himself, he combines medical training and lived experience to create accessible digital education that helps patients and families understand treatments, prevent complications, and advocate confidently for better health.

Join the Martin Center Sickle Cell Initiative for a morning of community, awareness, and hope as runners, walkers, warriors, caregivers, families, and supporters come together to make a difference for those affected by sickle cell disease.

This family-friendly event helps fund critical programs that provide education, advocacy, transportation assistance, outreach, and support services for individuals and families throughout our community.
